On Dec. 16, Randy and Donna Schon purchased a one bedroom, one bathroom home at 309 Goodall St., Worden from Rebecca Standefer and Tyler Sievers for $143,500.

The property tax paid for this property in 2018 was $2,950.68. This is 2.06% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $115,000 on Nov. 10, 2014.

This property is the only sale in Worden so far in December 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Tyler J. Sievers has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Rebecca R. Sievers has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
