Motion to waive the formal bidding procedure and utilize OMNIA Partners Cooperative Purchasing Program for the purchase and installation of new playground and surfacing at East End Park from Cunningham Recreation in the amount of $75,615.71 (Recreation/MEPRD Grant/St Clair County Parks Grant Funds)
