Granite City home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Granite City rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 78.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $82,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Granite City in November 2020.
