Caseyville median home prices fell by 28% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Caseyville fell by $35,050 while total sales increased by 14.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 28 percent decrease from the $125,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Caseyville in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Caseyville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,878, approximately 2.1 percent of the median home sale price for April.
