Miller median home prices rose by 24% in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Miller rose by $53,300 while total sales increased by 150 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 24 percent increase over the $221,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Miller in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Miller for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,696, approximately 1.3 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
