Pricing for the median home in Lebanon increased during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Lebanon rose by $8,000 while total sales increased by 39.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,000 - a 5.1 percent increase over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lebanon in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,939, approximately 1.8 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
