Lenzburg median home prices fell by 36.4% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Lenzburg fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $21,000 - a 36.4 percent decrease from the $33,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lenzburg in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Lenzburg for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,243, approximately 5.9 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
