Home prices decreased in Alorton during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Alorton fell by $13,550 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $9,950 - a 57.7 percent decrease from the $23,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Alorton in the first half of 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Alorton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $433, approximately 4.4 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
