Reporting Streetlight Outages
As of 1/23/2023, all streetlight outages should be reported directly to Ameren IL at (800) 755-5000 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or by email to streetlightrequestil@ameren.com. Streetlight outages can no longer be submitted through the City's Report A Concern form. This removes the intermediaries and ensures a direct line of communication between you, as the customer, and your provider.
