“The RCCA is working with the local county parties to help unite & train future leadership. We have great regional vice presidents & volunteer leaders in order to better support & educate local parties in proper application of infrastructure & effective government training opportunities,” the Illinois Republican County Chairman's Association noted on its website.
Rhonda Belford, President of RCCA, said the organization continues to hope "that the RCCA take a leadership Role in the Structural 'grass-roots' organizing efforts that need to be established at the county level for more conservative candidates to be successful, able to implement policies that more readily reflect the values of those we represent."
The group offers a lengthy list of events for conservatives to get active in Illinois.
Other events will be Saturday, July 24 in Dieterich, East Peoria on Saturday, July 29, and Saturday, Sept. 16 in Springfield.
The Republican County Chairmen’s Association also conducted training at the Eagles Nest in West Frankfort on the last Saturday of June.
