A. FILED FOR SECOND READING:

2nd Reading of Adoption Ordinance Establishing Business District:

An Ordinance establishing the Park North Business District; approving a business district plan; Authorizing the imposition and collection of sales tax within such business district; and approving certain actions in connection with establishment of such business district Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

B. NEW ITEMS:

1) Resolution authorizing a Sign Variance for 6696 Center Grove Road - The UPS Store. Steve explained applicant withdrew request. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and applicant requested to withdraw so no further action was taken.

2) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 118, Article II, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Sewer) - First Reading. Eric presented information on fees. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

3) Approval of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Article II of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Traffic Control) - First Reading. Eric presented ordinance clean up. Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

4) Resolution approving the agreement between the City of Edwardsville and the Great Rivers & Routes Tourism Bureau. James presented the yearly approval. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

5) Approval of Colonel Benjamin Stephenson House Special Park Fund funding request $23,000. James gave details on request - from hotel motel tax. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

6) Approval of Edwardsville Children's Museum Special Park Fund funding request $30,000. James Kate Cantrell from Children's Museum gave details on proposed Rt. 66 work. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council 

7) City of Edwardsville Commercial Building Façade Application for C.W. Byron Properties at 122, 124, 126 N. Main St. in the amount not to exceed $8,665.25. James presented. 25% match of project cost. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

8) Resolution Amending Annexation Agreements. Eric spoke. There will be a suspension of annexation fees through April 30, 2028. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
