PUBLIC COMMENT: Joe Weber-SUP for Yellowhammer received petition from opposed residents.

1. Approval of minutes from the June 29, 2023 ACS meeting - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

A. FILED FOR SECOND READING: None

B. NEW ITEMS:

1) Approval to purchase a 2023 Bobcat MT100 Mini Track Loader and Attachments in an amount not to exceed $53,490.09. Nate T. provided information. Budgeted item came in under budget. To be used by Parks and Public Works. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

C. ITEMS HELD IN COMMITTEE:

1) A Resolution Approving a Special Use Permit for a Religious Institution at 1631 Yellowhammer Crossing. Grant presented a report from Chief Fillback on traffic speed and accident history. Grant is concerned about the curve in road. Sean B. is concerned how petition was done and believes parking will be sufficient. Robin Black- Rubenstein/Director of Campus Ministry mentioned that students are used to carpooling. Budget must be approved. Ana Harris (resident at 1503 Lewis Rd.) believes there are rooms available at SIUE. Jesse McNeely (resident at 1540 Weber Dr.) is worried about overflow parking. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all nayes to forward to Council
