Discussion And Possible Approval Of An Ordinance Of The City Of Jerseyville, Illinois, Providing That The Code Of Ordinances And Plat Of The Baughman Commercial Park To The City Of Jerseyville, Illinois, Be Amended For The Vacation Of A Portion Of The Street Known As “Mound” Street, Vesting Title As Stated In The Ordinance, And Reserving Unto The City Of Jerseyville, For Its Use Forever, And For Its Successors And Assigns, Right Of Way Easements For Any And All Municipal And Private Utilities And Stormwater/Drainage Improvements Located In Or To Be Located In Said Vacated Street
