On Tuesday, March 5, former Newark Community High School standout Joseph Martin’s current college team, the SIUE Cougars, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division I game against the Southern Illinois Salukis.

The game took place in Edwardsville, Illinois. This was their first matchup against the Southern Illinois Salukis this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 8 at 3 p.m. in Edwardsville, Illinois against Omaha Mavericks.
