1. Approval of minutes from the February 29, 2024 ACS meeting - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 122, Section 56 Establishing Regulations Governing the Registration, Maintenance, and Monitoring of Pollinator Garden - Sarah Cundiff presented information. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council 

B. NEW ITEMS: 

1) Resolution Approving the Agreement Between the City of Edwardsville and the Great Rivers & Routes Tourism Bureau - James Arnold presented information. Cory Jobe presented information. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

3) Ordinance Certifying the Official Zoning Map of the City of Edwardsville, Madison County, Illinois - First Reading - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council 

4) Approval of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 118 Article III, Division 1 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Section 118-103. Regulations Governing Use of Waterworks System) - First Reading - Jeff Berkbigler presented information. Eric Williams presented information. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
