            Cheryl Lynn Rosenthal has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Variance to allow for a 6.39 foot side yard setback rather than the required 10 foot setback at 233 Commercial Street. The property is more specifically identified as PID 14-2- 15-11-07-203-010 and is zoned “R-1” Single Family Residential District.

       B. Case 2024-11

             Prerak Patel and Goshen Road LLC have petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit to allow for a drive-thru at 6707 Goshen Road. The property is  more specifically identified as PID 14-1-15-23-02-201-003 and is zoned “B-2” Commercial Business District.
