A. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION TO APPROVE A TAX INCREMENTING FINANCE (TIF) COMMERCIAL BUILDING IMPROVEMENT GRANT FOR A LARGE PROJECT FOR FAÇADE IMPROVEMENTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE TIF ADVISORY BOARD TO WELLS-NORRIS INC., 300 SOUTH STATE ST., JERSEYVILLE

B. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE MOTION TO APPROVE A TAX INCREMENTING FINANCE (TIF) COMMERCIAL BUILDING IMPROVEMENT GRANT FOR A SMALL PROJECT FOR NEW SIGNAGE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE TIF ADVISORY BOARD TO FRITZ MEAT AND PROCESSING, 807 HWY 16, JERSEYVILLE

OTHER BUSINESS

-Annual oil & chip seal program is scheduled for the week of September 9th, weather permitting. A list of affected streets can be found on the City of Jerseyville website. Residents who have signed up for Text MyGov will receive a notification. City crews will be completing preparatory work on affected streets - grading/re-building along edges, patching, ditch cleaning. Please use caution as these roadways will be in rough condition between the time of prep work and oil/chip seal work.

-Due to construction, the front entrance of the Police Department is currently closed. Please use east side door of Police Department to speak to an officer and/or needing assistance.
