Michelle and Timothy Jenkins have petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Special Use Permit to allow a “Type B” Non-Owner Occupied Short-Term Rental at 908 Troy Road. The property is more specifically identified as PID 14-2-15-14-08-202-016 and is zoned “R-1” Single-Family Residential District.

B. Case 2024-16

Ryan Roberts has petitioned the City of Edwardsville for a Variance to allow for a porch addition to be 23.6 feet from the property line instead of the required 25 feet at 7 Washington Place.
