On November 18, 2024, Rep. Bost expressed his satisfaction with voting in favor of the Senator Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Healthcare and Benefits Improvement Act. He noted that this legislation was developed over several months within the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee. "Happy to share that I just voted in favor of key legislation we worked on in the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee for many months: the Senator Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Healthcare and Benefits Improvement Act tonight."
