State Representative Amy Elik, serving the Alton area, is organizing a Holiday Food Drive. The event will be held at her district office in Alton and will run from December 2nd through December 20th.
“This Holiday season, many people are struggling to put food on the table,” said Elik. “If you are able, please join me in helping provide food that will be delivered to local food pantries. Anything you can provide will help local families have a happy Christmas season.”
Residents can contribute by dropping off non-perishable food items at Rep. Elik’s office located at 192 Alton Square Mall Drive, Suite C. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. All donations collected during this period will support local food pantries within the 111th district.
