Illinois reveals finalists for new state flag design

The Illinois Flag Commission has unveiled the top 10 finalists in the competition to design a new state flag. Beginning in January, the public will have the opportunity to vote for their preferred design. Voters can choose from among the 10 finalists, the current state flag, or one of Illinois’ historic flags.
