1. Opening
1.1. Call to Order
Valerie Hancock called the meeting to order at 6:30pm – City Hall Schedule Conflict, OHPC meeting time moved forward to accommodate
1.2. Roll Call
Present: Doug Distler, Cameron Luster, Shannan Mason, Steve Brown, Julie Spengler, Mark Kampen and Valerie Hancock, Curt Schildknecht
Excused absence: Sid LeGrand and Chad Schwarz
City Representative Ryan Auer Attending
Public: O’Fallon resident Brian Mason in attendance
1.3. Approval of November Minutes
Luster made a motion to approve, Brown seconded.

2.1 None
3. Old Business.
3.1 Update on Planned BB Schmidt Reveal - historic marker/sign for City Marshal Benjamin Schmitt. To take place December 9th at OFPD. Discussion on plans for media release for plaque
3.2 HPC Membership - Brown and Distler offered updates and suggestions on contacts regarding new members for OHPC
3.3 Apostolic Windows - City Rep Auer emailed members prior to December meeting, he offered an additional verbal update on Apostolic churches window replacement
4. Close
4.1 Motion to close at 6:46 by Hancock, second by Brown. Meeting closed.
