Proposed Ordinance 01-’25 an Ordinance authorizing a redevelopment agreement between the City of Fairview Heights, Illinois and B & S Jacob Properties, LLC. For the redevelopment project at 9705 West State Route 161 in the City of Fairview Heights. (Community Committee)
Proposed Resolution 06 -’25 a Resolution providing for a feasibility study on the designation of a portion of the City of Fairview Heights as redevelopment project area and to induce development interest within such area; and authorizing expenditures in the course of planning and redevelopment, prior to the redevelopment project area being established, that may be reimbursable from future TIF proceeds.
