State Representative Kevin Schmidt has named St. Clair & Elite Chiropractic as his "Business of the Month" for June, following submissions from across the 114th District. The recognition was awarded to Dr. Rachel Engelke, Dr. Melissa Huber, and their team for their dedication to patient care in Mascoutah and surrounding areas.
