A. Approval of Minutes from the May 28, 2025 Public Services Committee meeting:

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Hana seconding the motion. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for information.

B. Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Edwardsville and the Edwardsville Community Unit School District #7 - In Reference To: Intergovernmental Police Service Assistance Agreement (School Resource Officer Program)

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion.

Staff explained that this is to provide School Resource Officers for the school district. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for consideration.

C. Approval to Award the Cass Avenue Water Main Improvements to Haier Plumbing and Heating, Inc. in the amount of $699,795.40

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Hanna seconding the motion.

Staff explained that this is for the installation of a new water main and the resurfacing of the road from North Kansas Street through North Buchanan Street. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for consideration.
