Proposed Ordinance No. 23-’25 an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 190, “The Revised Code”, Chapter 14, “ The Development Code”, Section 14-2-2, “Zone Ditrict Map and Boundaries” By changing the Zone District of certain real property known as Parcel Itentification Numbers 02-24.0-301-017, 02-24.0-401-001, 02-24.0-302-013, 02-24.0-302-014, 02-24.0-302-015, 02-24.0-302-016, 02-24.0-304-004, 02-24.0-402-001, 02-24.0-302-049, 02-24.0-302-050 from R3 Single Family Residential District to C Conservation District. Proposed Resolution No. 63-’25 a Resolution authorizing the City of Fairview Heights to apply for a Grant with the St. Clair County Parks Grant Commission for funding to resurface, paint and restripe the Pickleball and Tennis Courts at Everett Moddy Park. (Community Committee)
