• Motion to waive the formal bidding procedures and purchase one new 2026 Ford F-150 for $37,393 for the Wastewater Division from Bob Ridings Fleet Sales, with them beating the State bid price.
• Motion to approve First Amendment to PCS Site Lease with Sprint Spectrum LLC for wireless communication tower at 101-A South Illinois St.
• Motion to approve Option and Lease Agreement with Vertical Bridge for new telecommunications facility (telecommunication tower) on city-owned property on South 74th Street.
• Motion to approve Master Service Agreement and Service Order Addendum with New Horizon Communications for POTS lines at various City locations, on a month-to-month term for total of $2,700 per month.
• Motion to approve Master Service Agreement and Service Order Addendum with New Horizon Communications for Wireless POTS Solutions at various City locations, to ultimately replace POTS lines agreement, for 36 months at a cost of $920.30 per month and non-recurring charges of $266.00.
• Motion to receive and file revenue sources.
