The Madison County, Illinois Government Special Service Area #1 held a committee meeting recently where it discussed the Gateway Commerce Center project and other business issues.
A resolution was brought forth to approve Juneau Associates as the engineering company for the Gateway Commerce Center project. Chairman Kristen Novacich motioned to approve and committee member Art Asadorian seconded. The motion carried.
The committee also looked at recent balance sheets, purchase order requests and bill lists.
Madison County Special Service Area #1 provides the operation and maintenance for 105 miles of sanitary sewer lines and 74 sanitary sewer lift stations. These stations service the residents and businesses in the area.
