The Zoning Board of Appeals for Madison County, Illinois, met Thursday to hear three new appeals and discuss one tabled item.
The three appeals were brought forth by Courtney Warmouth and Edward Niemeier, Darrel Luitjohan and Nicole Mintert. The tabled item was an appeal from the Planning and Development Committee that dealt with the Revocation S&K Repair Service SUP.
The public hearing occurred on-site and, afterwards, the board reconvened to discuss. Before adjourning, the board heard public comment and examined the planning coordinator’s report.
