Glen Carbon's G.L.E.N. Committee will review community gardening initiatives, among other issues, at tonight's meeting.
The G.L.E.N. (Gardening, Landscape, Enhancing Nature) Committee for Glen Carbon, Illinois, will meet at 7 p.m. today, Feb. 3, to discuss community garden plans and give updates on the scarecrow signs project and Arbor Day activities.
The committee will also approve the minutes from its previous meeting, hear chair announcements, listen to any citizens wishing to address the community and assess a report from the village gardener.
The meeting will take place in the Public Safety Facility Community Room at 149 N. Main St., Glen Carbon.
