HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Foundation will hold its annual Elizabethan Gala on Friday, November 7. The event includes a cocktail reception, dinner, a brief program, and live entertainment by the Howl at the Moon dueling pianos.

During the program, the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis will receive the 2025 Elizabethan Award in recognition of their longstanding commitment to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and to the Southwestern Illinois community over the past 150 years.

“We are honored to celebrate the legacy of our Foundation’s partnership with the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis and the local community at this year’s annual gala,” said David Garris, Director of HSHS Southern Illinois Foundations. “As HSHS celebrates 150 years of caring for the community, we are able to look back at all of the incredible health care programs and services made possible thanks to our community’s generous donations to the hospital’s Foundation throughout the years.”

The foundation has announced its presenting Diamond Sponsors for this year: HGA, Holland Construction Services, Taylor Roofing, and Vituity.

Since its inception as a fundraising event in 2012, nearly $1.8 million has been raised through the Gala for programs and equipment at HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. Reservations remain open for individuals or tables of eight for this year’s event, which will take place at Regency Conference Center in O’Fallon.
