The McHenry Committee of the Whole will convene at 7 p.m. Monday to discuss its Comprehensive Strategic Plan.
The committee will also listen to public comment. Any citizen wishing to address the council can do so. Comments are restricted to three minutes for each individual speaker.
The meeting will take place in the McHenry Municipal Center, located at 333 South Green St.
