The city of Collinsville held a Civil Service special meeting on Thursday to discuss existing and new business, as well as listen to speakers.
Speakers were able to address the board in accordance with Ordinance No. 4765. The time limit for each speaker was limited to four minutes.
The meeting took place in the training room of City Hall, 125 S. Center St.
