The Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB) for Madison County recently met to discuss the upcoming New World 2016 User Conference, which will be held April 24-26, at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.
The board also examined a report on Pro QA, a note on the recent 9-1-1 Advisory Board meeting in Springfield, and updates on the statewide 9-1-1 Administrator visit.
Also of note at the meeting was the consolidation report, a review purchase order recommendations and the assessment of public comments.
