The Amphitheater Commission for the City of Alton recently met to discuss upcoming events, which included the July 3 fireworks display.
VIP tent-level sponsorship for the event will cost $30,000, but many other sponsorship levels exist, as well. The committee is in the process of developing a budget for the event.
Committee members present at the meeting included Karen Baker-Brncic, Tom Hawkins, Brett Stawar and Robert Stephan. Also at the meeting were City Treasurer Cindy Roth, City Comptroller Jeannie Cowden, City Liaison Kim Clark, and Linda Weller from The Telegraph.
