The City of Highland Tree Commission met April 5 to discuss the Spring Bloom Festival.
The commission also discussed an update on vendors and presenters; a final review of the schedule; the judging of poetry contest “Trees Grow With Us, and For Us”; in addition to a discussion of a plan for poster display; logistics; signage; posters and post card printing.
