4. Fix bathroom area fixtures and revamp area -Cost? Village help? ADA improvements?

6. Display case in Village Administration building – determine which case to use/display

A. Recruitment of new members - ongoing

1. Marker for Donk Mine - 2' X 3' in size – MCT letter
2. Interviews: None currently scheduled
3. Loom – updates
4. Aerials of Village of 1950's being used to record early families & business. Discuss. Mayor has a copy.
5. Get pictures of school, coal mine - update
6. Cemeteries: Peters Cemetery, belongs to State of Illinois, need to go visit and take photos/rubbings.
7. Inventory put into Past Perfect – progress report
8. New signage for display items, with information & donors - progress
9. Use of “Memories from Maryville” Facebook page – recruitment, announcements, etc
10. Reconfigure display in room. Ideas for “where do we go from here.” Suggestions?
11. Possibility of Sliva log cabin shed donation – Ron Poletti – progress?
12. Homecoming Display – Update/dismantle Thank you for donors.
