Present: Aldermen Art Risavy Chairman, Will Krause, Janet Stack and Dennis W. McCracken City Clerk/Collector.
Also Present: Tim Harr, City Administrator and Dan Krankeola, President/CEO of IllinoiSouth Tourism.
Ouorum present, Aldermen Risavy called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. No public comments were made. Mayor Patton joined the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Motion by Krause, seconded by Stack, to approve Finance Committee minutes from September 15, 2016, Motion Carried with Risavy, Krause and Stack votingaye.

Claims in the amount of $1,230,714.39 will be available for review. Forwarded to Council for approval om Tuesday, October 04, 2016.
Dan Krankeola, President/CEO of IllinoiSouth Tourism spoke in reference to the City's discontinuation of the membership with Illinoisouth Tourism.
Bond Financing for pending construction Public Facility Building discussion.
Finance Committee will meet on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. in the Governor Edwards Conference Room.
