Filing must also include copies of Collective Bargaining Agreement, minutes from all meetings, training certificates for all trustees and other required documents.

5.3 Discuss responses to request for proposals from HireLevel and Franklin & Vaughn for services related to payroll / 1099 preparation beginning January 2026

6.1 Review and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2026

6.2 Discuss and approve setting of 2026 board meeting dates. Suggested dates are 4th Thursdays of quarterly months at 2:45 p.m. (1/22; 4/23; 7/23, and 10/22/26)
