Motion by Williams, second by Pickerell to go into closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Simpson to come out of closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Elliott to give the Attorney settlement authority in the cases discussed tonight in closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Simpson to Adjourn the Insurance & Safety Committee Meeting. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
