Proposed Resolution No. 15-'17, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a purchase

agreement with Landmark Ford Inc. for the purchase of One (1) 2017 Ford Transit 15 Passenger

Wagon for use by the Police Department. (Administration Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 16-'17, a Resolution determining the intent of the City of Fairview

Heights, Illinois to reimburse itself for certain Capital Expenditures. (Administration Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 17-'17, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor on behalf of the City of

Fairview Heights to make application and enter into agreements with St. Clair County concerning

the Community Development Block Grant Program for the program year 2017. (Operations

Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 18-'17, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract

on behalf of the City of Fairview Heights with Christ Brothers Asphalt Inc. for asphalt resurfacing

of roadways. (Operations Committee)

Proposed Res.olution No. 19-'17, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Lease

Agreement with SIMAPC, to lease office space on the second floor of the Fairview Heights

Municipal Complex for a three year period. (Administrative Committee)

Move to appoint Libby Rich as Chairman of the Beautification Commission, term to expire July

21,2017.

Move to appoint Mark Burgdorf as Vice Chairman of the Beautification Commission, term to

expire May 20, 2017.

Move to appoint Mike Ehret as the Plumbing Inspector, term to expire May 1, 2017.
