Open Government Party owes $14,950 in fines

The campaign committee Open Government Party owes a $5,000 fine imposed on March 15, 2013, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $9,950 with Jack "J. R." Rogers listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 18 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $95,514 in pending fines.
