St Clair County Constitution Party owes $11,825 in fines

The campaign committee St Clair County Constitution Party owes a $5,000 fine imposed on March 19, 2013, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $6,825 with Randy Brown listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 18 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $95,514 in pending fines.
