Proposed Ordinance No. 10"'17, an Ordinance approving a Special Use Permit allowing Agricultural use for Brian & Erica Kniffin located at 1601 Pleasant View Drive (Community Committee)

Proposed Ordinance No. 11-'17, an Ordinance repealing Chapter 16, of Ordinance No. 190, "The Revised Code," Chapter 16, Fees and Salaries, Article I" Salaries and establishing a New Article I Salaries and; an Ordinance fixing salaries of certain appointed officials and employees of the City of Fairview Heights, IL 2017"2018. (Administration Committee)

Proposed Ordinance No. 12-'17, an Ordinance authorizing the City to enter into an amended Redevelopment Agreement with Jim McKay at 10408 Lincoln Trail, Fairview Heights, IL to allow City to extend the completion date two months (May 31, 2017). (Community Committee)

Proposed Ordinance No. 13-'17, An Ordinance establishing a budget for the City of Fairview Heights for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018. (Administration Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 20-'17, a Resolution approving a Special Event Permit request allowing a Farmers Market to be located at 10207 Lincoln Trail. (Community Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 21-'17, a Resolution authorizing the spending of Hotel/Motel Funds from the Hotel/Motel Tax Grant Funding Program for the promotion of tourism within the City of Fairview Heights based on the amount approved in the 2017-2018 City Budget as approved by City Council. (Administration Committee)

Move to allow the following special events for 2017: Heroinside Day, Fairview Heights Homecoming and Midwest Salute to the Arts contingent upon staff requirements, and to further move to approve the collection of fees or donations including the sale of concessions and that any pavilion or associated fees be waived for each of these events.

Move to allow the 10th Annual 5K RunNValk for Peter's Place on October 7, 2017, in Everett Moody Park, and to further move to approve the collection of fees or donations including the sale of concessions during the event.

Move to allow the Flintknapper's Campout, to be held June 1-4, 2017, at Pleasant Ridge Park and that participants be allowed to barter, sell and exchange materials and tools between participants only and not to the general public, and further move that any associated park fees be waived for this event.

Move to allow the American Legion to sell concessions during the 2017 baseball season tournaments at Everett Moody Park.

Move to allow the Fairview Heights Falcons Football to sell concessions during the 2017 football season at Everett Moody Park.
