City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met April 27.

Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:

Present: Aldermen Art Risavy Chairman, William Krause, Janet Stack and Dennis W. McCracken, City Clerk/Collector.

Also Present: Tim Harr, City Administrator, Robert Pfeiffer, Director Parks & Recreation, Eric Williams, Director Public Works, Walter Williams, Economic Community Development Director.

Ouorum present, Chairman Risavy called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. No public Comments made ሎ

Motion by Krause, seconded by Risavy, to approve Finance Committee minutes from April 13, 2017. Motion Carried with Risavy and Krause votingaye.

Group Health Insurance Fund Report amount to be announced at Council on May 01, 2017 Council meeting.

Old Business: None

New Business:

Claims in the amount of $862,353.69 (Regular) $34,564.36 (Library) for a total of $896,918,05. Forwarded to Council for approval on May 01, 2017.

Motion by Krause, seconded by Stack, to approve and forward to Council an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 6013-06-16 Making Appropriations For The Fiscal Year Beginning The First Tuesday in May. A.D., 2016 and Ending the Monday Preceding the First Tuesday in May, A.D., 2017. Motion Carried with Risavy, Krause and Stack votingaye. (Committee recommends passage on first reading)

Motion by Risavy, seconded by Krause, to approve and forward to Council a Resolution Authorizing the Transfer of General Funds to Other Designated Funds of the City of Edwardsville. Motion Carried with Risavy, Krause and Stack votingaye.

Walter Williams, Economic Community Development Director discussed the expansion of the Façade program especially 1' Street to 5"Street.

Finance Committee will meeting will be announced.
