Code," Chapter 25, "Nuisances," Article II, Miscellaneous Nuisances, Section 25-2-1 Noise, (2)

Proposed Resolution No. 38- 4

17, a Resolution authorizing the spending of Hotel/Motel Funds

from the Hotel/Motel Tax Grant Funding Program for the Metro East Chamber of Commerce to

perform the Phase Ill Retargeting Effort. ($15,900.00) (Community Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 39~'17 , a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Sales

Agreement with the City of O'Fallon Police Department for the purchase of a FN.308 Special

Police Rifle Serial #FN22864 and 200 rounds of.308 ammunition. ($1 ,500.00) (Administration

Proposed Resolution No. 40-'17, a Resolution requiring the City of Fairview Heights to

investigate and ascertain the Prevailing Rate of Wages for Laborers, Workmen and Mechanics

June 5, 2017 to May 31, 2018.

Proposed Resolution No. 41-'17, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Sales

Agreement to sell a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, no longer needed by the City of Fairview

Heights Police Department.

Proposed Resolution No. 42-'17, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Sales

Agreement to sell a 2007 Chevrolet C2500 Truck no longer needed by the City of Fairview

Heights Police Department.

Move to appoint Craig Moates to the Planning Commission to fill the unexpired term of Amy

Funk, term to expire May 18, 2019.

Motion to reappoint Robert Triplett, Elroy Phillip, and Michael Hagen to the Business Alliance

Commission, terms to expire November 17, 2019.
