City of Edwardsville Finance Committee met Friday, June 30.

Present: Aldermen Craig Louer Chairman, Janet Stack, Jack Burns and Dennis W. McCracken City Clerk/Collector.
Also Present: Mayor Patton, Tim Harr, City Administrator, Jeff Berkbigler, City Attorney, Walter Williams, Economic Community Development Director, SJ Morrison, Aldermen Ward 4 and Matt Ament with Mobilitie, LLC
Ouorum present, Chairman Louer called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. No public comments made.
Motion by Stack, seconded by Burns, to approve Finance Committee minutes from May 10, 2017. Motion Carried with Louer, Stack and Burns votingaye.
information: Group Health insurance Fund will be announced at the Tuesday, June 06, 2017 Council meeting.
Old Business:
Motion by Stack, seconded by Burns, to approve and forward to Council for second reading an Ordinance Making Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Beginning the First Tuesday in May A.D. 2017 and Ending the Monday Preceding the First Tuesday in May A.D. 2018. Motion Carried with Louer, Stack and Burns votingaye.
New Business:
Claims in the amount of $650,486.09. Forwarded to Council for approval on Tuesday, June 06, 2017.
Motion by Burns, seconded by Stack, to approve and forward to Council a Resolution Approving an Agreement Between the City of Edwardsville and Alton Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau For Tourism Promotion. Motion Carried with Louer, Stack and Burns votingaye.
Motion by Stack, seconded by Burns, to approve and forward to Council a Resolution Approving a Telecommunications Right of Way Access and Attachment Agreement Between the City and Mobilitie, LLC. Motion Carried with Louer, Stack and Burns votingaye.
Walter Williams, Economic Community Development Director provided additional comments upon the brochure & Tourism.
Finance Committee will meet on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. in the Governor Edwards Conference Room.
