A regular meeting of the Community Relations Commission was called to order at 5:30 pm on July 5,
2017, at Scott Bibb Center, 1004 E. 5th Street, Alton, Illinois.
Members Present: Ellar Duff, Peter Hough, Cindy Lolley, and Marquato Rattler
Members Absent: Greg Caffey, Rodney Caffey, Mark Cappel, Chief Simmons, and Al Womack
Citizens Present: None
Since there was no quorum present, the meeting was adjourned.
