Madison County Republicans recently honored at-large Circuit Judge David Dugan at reception in Troy, according to a press release.
This reception followed Dugan's decision to run to maintain his seat on the Circuit Court in the November 2018 election. Dugan was appointed to the seat on March 3 after John Barberis was elected to the Fifth District Appellate Court.
U.S. Rep. John Shimkus (R-IL) was slated to join Troy's Allen Adomite, Godfrey's Mike McCormick and Edwardsville's Hal Patton i at the reception honoring Dugan.
