Edwardsville's Schmidt has four receiving yards in William Jewell Cardinals football win

Edwardsville graduate Hayden Schmidt had four receiving yards and one reception in William Jewell Cardinals football's 59-6 win Sept. 9 over the Tex. A&M-Commerce Lions.

Schmidt is a 6-3, 210 pound junior tight end from Glen Carbon.

Up next: William Jewell Cardinals football plays hosts Findlay Oilers football on Sept. 16.
